The Profile XT™ is a job matching tool that has a myriad of uses. It measures the job-related employee qualities that make a person productive in the specific role: (1) Thinking Style  (Aptitude), (2) Behavioural Traits (Personality), and (3) Occupational Interests. Thus, through the Profile XT, employers get to appreciate the “Total person.”

The Profile XT allows employers to appreciate a percentage (%) match between the profile of the candidate and the profile of the particular job. The profile of the job is presented in ideal ranges on a scale of 1 to 10. The ideal job patterns may be

For Coaching and Development – The report serves as a manager’s guide, offering management and behavioural considerations to be made for each competency being assessed, in order to facilitate performance.

The Profile XT assessment is conveniently scheduled and administered on the Internet. This means that access to the assessment is 24/7/365. Furthermore, the assessment does not require proctoring or supervision. This allows candidates to take the assessments at their convenience in terms of time and location. The XT is also not timed and candidates can log in and out of the assessment without losing data.

Other administration options like the paper-based assessment and proctoring are available on request.
